On Sunday I attended our hooking group. This group inspires me to get more hooking and dyeing accomplished. When someone else shows their beautiful work it makes me want to go home and get busy.
These were some of the rugs they shared.
Michelle just started her hooking journey a year ago. She's doing great. She's been selling wool and hopes to start having some hand dyed wools soon.
Barb is the newest member of our group. She said she's been working on this rug for years and it's so boring. But look, she's almost done.

Some really great pieces. And Lauren is the energize bunny.
ReplyDeleteSweet dog.
Cathy
Oh but you forgot to mention two of the rugs are from years past!
ReplyDeleteSo many great projects.
The red background of Barb’s rug is stunning. I would never hook a red background, but that really sets her rug off.
Valerie’s rug is so sweet. The squirrel IS wonderful.
Michelle has become quite the hooker in just a year.
When do we get to see your Dog with Basket finish? I have not pulled one loop on my camp rug since returning home 😠(and how could camp have ended two weeks ago?).
Forgot to mention Henry and Daisy are just the CUTEST!
ReplyDeleteWonderful rugs! Your doggies look like our dog. Spoiled but loved for sure. Janice
