Flowers. This has been a great year for flowers. For the past couple of years I buy one calla lily from the mennonite greenhouse. This year I snagged a yellow one. I love them. I don't usually buy plants that I have to dig up before winter and plant again in the spring. I'm more of a perennial person.
Various pots in my front yard and porch. I got this big concrete planter from an auction many moons ago.
These were a basket from last year. I tried just putting the pot in the basement over the winter vs pulling the plant out and hanging upside down in a cardboard box. Only one of those in the box is growing.
This is a white calla lily. Still pretty.
Same nice neighbor made up another pot for me.
This calla lily didn't get planted til a few weeks ago. But it's growing too, that's good.
These two are growing too.

Pretty flowers...especially that yellow calla. I dont like planting flowers you have to dig out either. Janice
