Hook & Thread was yesterday. It was another great day. Plus a great day to be inside. It has rained here every day for a week now. We are no longer considered in a drought.
This one is mine. I thought I had it color planned to the finish. But it's becoming a bit boring so I need to rethink that plan.
Michelle started a new Notforgotten Farm pattern with the hopes to be done and ready for display this fall.
Barb brought in her temperature blanket she is knitting. Are you familiar with those? She knits one row a day based on the outside high temp of the day. Those few yellow rows were the 100+. The colors are so muted and so pretty.
It'll be done by next year.
Jo is working on scrappy pumpkin, a Wooly Horse pattern. And the rest are Jo creations. She makes what the rest of us just talk about.
Lauren was MIA, but sent this photo. Yahoo, it's all hooked. She started this last month in a class with Jenny Smallridge. Great color choices.
School starts this week. Mac starts third grade on Wednesday. We'll take Lexi to college on Thursday. Kip is almost 4, but because of where his birthday falls he has two more years at home. Our schools set a deadline of having to be 5 by the first day of school.
Have a great week. Sue

Great projects! That temperature blanket is amazing. How does Jo get so much done? I need a lesson from her in time management!
ReplyDeleteEveryone's creations are looking so good. I have seen many temperature blankets, but not these type of muted colors. Makes me what to start one now next year. Janice
